The Importance of Pretreatment
The quality of the pretreatments applied to the surface before electrostatic powder painting and liquid painting is the most important factor affecting the appearance and life of the paint coat. Even if the paint coat is exposed to the external factors such as impacts, air humidity and temperature differences, products that have undergone a good surface preparation process are affected by corrosion to a lesser degree.
Activating Metal Surface
Prior to paint application, the oil and foreign substances on the surface of the products are removed from the surface by means of chemicals used in the process.
Coating The Metal Surface
In our Mesa Metal surface preparation unit, the workpieces are immersed in sequentially sorted chemical baths on a conveyor line with a PLC controlled robotic system, and they go through trication zinc phosphating or chromating processes according to the type of the material for oil removal, rust removal, acidic etching and excellent corrosion resistance.
Result; Corrosion Resistance Up To 1008 Hours
The ability of corrosion resistance up to 1008 hours of the coating, electrostatic powder painting / wet painting services offered by our company has been proved with the brine fog test reports made by independent organizations.
Trication Zinc Phosphating
We provide high corrosion resistance to iron, steel and cast products with the trication zinc phosphating that we apply before electrostatic powder painting or liquid painting.
Green Chromating ( Cr+3 )
We apply Cr + 3 green chromating to aluminum and zamak products before electrostatic powder painting or wet painting to ensure better adhesion of the paint to the surface and increase the corrosion resistance.
Yellow Chromating - Alodine ( Cr+6 )
We apply Cr + 6 yellow chromating to aluminum and zamak products before electrostatic powder painting or wet painting to ensure better adhesion of the paint to the surface and increase the corrosion resistance.
