TESTS

Mesa Metal ensures high quality and durability at every stage through the tests we provide.
These tests guarantee that our products comply with the highest standards in the industry.
Thermograph Test
Thermal test
Thermograph measurements are performed on workpieces to ensure complete curing conditions determined by the paint manufacturer. Parameters such as oven temperatures and conveyor speed are measured and recorded. Data is reported for process accuracy.
Chemical Bath Test
Chemical tests
Chemical values of surface preparation baths are measured daily to ensure continuity. Daily control guarantees homogeneous surface treatment. Concentration is stabilized with the dosing unit.
Paint Film Thickness
Thickness measurement
After painting, film thickness is measured to check compliance with work instructions and reported. Thickness measurement is critical for paint durability.
Paint Gloss
Gloss test
Paint gloss is measured with a glossmeter and compared with manufacturer values. Gloss is important for product aesthetics and durability.
Adhesion Test
Adhesion test
Performed to measure how tightly the paint adheres to the surface. Test plate is scraped off destructively. Application quality and strength are tested.
Impact Resistance
Impact resistance
A weight is dropped onto the painted surface to check for cracking and peeling. Paint flexibility and durability are verified.
Conical Bend Test
Conical bend test
The elasticity and fracture resistance of the paint layer is measured through conical deformation. Durability and resistance to separation from the panel are tested.
Water Immersion Resistance
Water immersion test
The corrosion resistance of the painted part against hot water is tested and reported. Paint resistance to water and corrosion is analyzed.
