We started our journey by saying, "We need to produce." Under the leadership of the late Mehmet Karabacak, while electrostatic powder coating technology was still unknown in Turkey, we began our operations producing metal technical goods and sheet furniture for the public and private sector under the leadership of Yüksel Karabacak.
We grew alongside technology. We renewed our machine park, moving from an area of 200 m² to our new facility of 900 m². By increasing our production capacity, we made our organizational structure more efficient.
We became one of the pioneering companies to apply electrostatic powder coating technology in Turkey. In 1990, our conveyor-based electrostatic powder coating line started operation, bringing a new breath to the industry.
To meet the needs of the automotive industry and to produce according to international standards, we established our surface preparation line. In the same year, we supported product diversity with box-type coating units. In 1999, we reached an annual painting capacity of 1,000,000 m² with a second conveyor line.
In line with increasing demands, we relocated our production to our modern facility in the Istanbul İkitelli Organized Industrial Zone, which has 3,600 m² of closed space, placing ourselves in the heart of the industry.
We launched our first industrial Liquid Industrial Paint Finishing unit for paints cured at low temperatures, primarily in the white goods sector and for sheet and metal parts.
With our experience in metal processing and design, we developed special products for the construction and electrical sectors. This expertise led to the establishment of the Mebosa Machinery brand. Mebosa Machinery began operations in İkitelli OSB with a production facility of 2,600 m². Additionally, we made all our processes transparent and traceable, establishing our total quality management system. By adopting the principles of ISO 9001:2000, we committed to sustainability and continuous development.
We commissioned our second fully automatic electrostatic powder coating line. By increasing the number of water curtain Liquid Industrial Paint Finishing cabins and ovens, we elevated our capacity to the next level.
We once again proved our ability to produce solutions for changing and diversifying customer needs by adapting to the ISO 9001:2015 standard. We documented our respect and responsibility towards the environment. With our ISO 14001 certificate, we formalized our commitment to environmental sustainability in production.
With the strength we gain from the past, we are not just producing; we are building the future. Growing and developing every year, we continue to contribute to the industrial power of our country.
